Abstract

|
The mean lethal dose of ethanol extracts obtained from mixtures of Angelica gigantis Radix, Carthami Flos, Phellodendri Cortex and Native copper power were studied. Angelica gigantis Radix,
Carthami Flos and Phellodendri Cortex were obtained from root of Angelica gigas Nakai, flower
Carthamus tinctorius L. and bark of Phellodendron amurense Ruprecht growing in Korea respectively.
Mean lethal dose of sample by subcutaneous injection and orally administration in mice were .calculated 1.825g/kg (s.c.) and 5. 352g/kg (orally).
